Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders are typically created and packaged in 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping is 3-5 Business Days.


RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Unless otherwise authorized in advance by MONTRA MX LLC, and such authorization may be given in MONTRA MX LLC sole discretion, only Merchandise that is defective is subject to a valid warranty claim and may be returned. In the absence of a valid warranty claim, MONTRA MX LLC will consider authorization of the return of Merchandise only if the request is made within (30) days after the date of delivery to you of the Merchandise.

Before returning any Merchandise, you must obtain prior authorization from MONTRA MX LLC. Merchandise may not be returned without first obtaining authorization from seller. You may request authorization by e-mail to Info@MontraMX.com and the MONTRA MX LLC customer service department will assist you.

CUSTOM MERCHANDISE: No return or exchange will be accepted on altered or personalized merchandise, ie. Custom Jersey Prints. All sales are final. Due to the custom nature, we are not able to add those items back into inventory if they are returned.

  • Valid on for MONTRA racewear. Does not include clothing or accessories.
  • Only available to customers in North America.
  • Applies to any gear order on MontraMx.com All requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for exchange or refund.
  • For all exchanges and refunds, we require that you contact us before sending anything back. Please e-mail Info@MontraMX.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Racewear that has been damaged altered or abused will not be honored under this warranty.
